Our alcohol policy

  1. 1We sell alcoholic drinks only to customers aged 21 or older.
  2. 2Alcohol is available for pickup only, in person, at Kiosko #16, Los Kioskos de Luquillo, Luquillo, PR. We do not deliver or ship alcohol. Hours: Daily 11 AM – 8:30 PM.
  3. 3Alcoholic items are hidden from the menu until the customer confirms they are 21 or older. A customer who declines does not see them at all.
  4. 4At checkout, the customer must confirm again that they are of legal drinking age and will present a valid ID at pickup.
  5. 5At pickup, our staff require a valid government-issued photo ID before handing over any order containing alcohol. An expired ID, no ID, or a name that does not match the order results in the alcohol being refused and refunded.
